It is possible today to hire a qualified, long time professional for a fraction of the cost of a full time employee and proactively maintain your business information system performance.

You might consider the time savings achieved by automating processes like patching and updating desktop PCs. These can be accomplished after hours through remote tools (no walking around from desk to desk and interrupting employees... all PCs are updated in groups, no longer one at a time,  saving numerous man hours)

Centralized monitoring of security, network availability, user administration, and server performance can also be accomplished with remote tools. This allows us to efficiently provide scheduled monitoring of all major systems.
